If you don’t have a credit card, then please contact us and we will help you with your booking. Payment is due in advance of your service taking place, so we will need you to organise a payment via Internet Banking.
There are two ways that you can do this:
Option 1. In the booking / calendar area
select the first date that you want the service to be delivered; then
select your preferred Angel; then click ‘Book Me’. On the booking summary
page you will see a button called ‘Add another booking’. Click this
to select your next booking date and go through the same process again.

Option 2. Select the first
date that you require the service to be delivered and then select the
last date – even though there are some dates in between that you don’t
require. Select your Angel and then click ‘book me’. On the booking
confirmation page you will see each individual booking date listed
with a ‘Review’ and ‘Remove’ link beside it. Remove the dates you do
not require and you will be left with the relevant booking dates only.

Helpful Tip: When you choose your Angel, click on the 'View Profile' button to have a look at their availability calendar (which is at the bottom of the Angel's profile page). This will help you to check that they are available on each individual date you require before you go into the booking process.
Please note that we are working on improving this process.
To select multiple services (for example 2 feeds on Sat and
1 feed on Sun) all you need to do is:
Pick the date/s you require for the first service (e.g. two feeds per day); choose
your Angel; then click ‘Book me’. You will be taken to a booking confirmation
page where you will see a button called ‘Add another booking’. Click this and
then select ‘one feed a day’ and chose the dates you require one feed; select
the same Angel and click ‘book me’. You will then see the different services
and dates listed on the booking confirmation page. Please see above for screen
shots related to this process.

Your booking will time out if you have been away from your computer for awhile before finalising your booking. If this happens, please check on the top right hand side of the screen for a ‘Pending Bookings’ link. Click on this to use it or click ‘Cancel All’ to start again. If these links don’t appear, then you will have to start your search again.
